Summary
Ted is one of five alien fugitives who defected from their world's military when they realized that they had lost the war against the Goa'uld. He is introduced in the episode, 4.11 "Point of No Return." Before Tanner arrived, he was the one who interrogated Sam Carter and Daniel Jackson as to why they were interested in Martin Lloyd. His later whereabouts were unknown, since he was not with the other aliens when they were trying to leave Earth.
