Summary
Lt. Menard, a geologist, was a member of SG-11 when the unit went to P3X-403 to mine naquadah in the episode, 7.07 "Enemy Mine". He was injured when an Unas attacked his group and most likely returned to Earth afterwards to receive care at the SGC.
