Summary

Luthor was a criminal weapons runner who only served the "professionals." He dressed in expensive suits, indicating that his line of work was quite lucrative. He cooperated with NID Agent Malcolm Barrett in the investigation of the assassination attempt done against Senator Kinsey of which Colonel Jack O'Neill was accused. Agent Barrett allowed him to continue in his illegal dealings in order to use him as an informant. (6.14 "Smoke and Mirrors")
