Summary

Cameron Mitchell is laid-back by nature—a characteristic he sometimes exaggerates to throw potential adversaries off (9.03 "Origin", 9.08 "Babylon", 9.11 "The Fourth Horseman Part 2"). Sometimes for effect, and sometimes during times of stress, his Southern accent becomes more pronounced.

His pilot call sign is "Shaft", as in the cam-shaft of a vehicle (9.06 "Beachhead").

His upbringing was in a religious household, and he is able to quote scripture easily (9.03 "Origin"). Cameron is also an aficionado of popular culture, especially movies.
