TV Guide Announce Stargate SG-1's Renewal for a Landmark Eighth Season!

TV Guide is thrilled to inform Stargate SG-1 fans that their July
26th cover will feature Richard Dean Anderson and Michael Shanks of the hit
SciFi show Stargate SG-1. TV Guide's cover feature report will confirm
the return of Stargate for an eighth season and will provide the inside scoop
on the long-awaited underwater spin-off series Stargate: Atlantis, planned
for 2004. TV Guide's July 26th issue will also feature an exclusive
interview with Stargate's Richard Dean Anderson.
TV Guide told Stargate website owners, "Although the issue does not hit newsstands for another week we wanted to
give you and all devoted Stargate fans an opportunity to preview our upcoming
issue. As Richard Dean Anderson told TV Guide,'you can only fool an
audience for a few minutes with special effects. It's the stories that
make them stick around.'"
