"Unfortunately, Mr. Shanks was given the wrong time for the chat by his publicity agent.  The time that was given him was Eastern Standard Time and he was under the impression that it was Pacific Standard Time.  The memo he received was very unclear and he is extremely upset that he missed the chat and hopes that it can be rescheduled soon."
