Summary

Rameris was one of Netan's "seconds" (second in command/mafia-lieutenants) in the Lucian Alliance. He was one of the men in attendance at Netan's table when Anateo's hijacking of the Odyssey was revealed and witnessed Netan's execution of Gavos when Gavos argued Netan should've consulted the seconds before sending Anateo on such a mission.
