Long-defeated enemies from the past are suddenly threatening the present as the fabric of time is disturbed.  Details are scarce but there is time travel involved and many old faces return, including Kawalsky, Major Davis, Hammond, and Ra.  The team travels back in time to fix the damage, and in one case Teal'c is still Apophis' First Prime.  O'Neill and Carter kiss.
SG-1's alternate timeline selves embark on their mission to change the past in order to fix the future. They take the Ancient time machine to Chulak in order to retrieve Teal'c, the First Prime of the Goa'uld System Lord Apophis, hoping that he will have the same doubts about the Goa'uld being gods as Teal'c from the time travelers' tape. Not all of the team is successful in escaping with Teal'c into Egypt's past, but the remaining time travelers meet up with Daniel, the only survivor from the time traveling SG-1, and help him and the Egyptians organize the rebellion designed to keep the stargate on Earth. Will the timeline be fixed so that the future SG-1 finds a ZPM and never decides to goes back in time?
