It's coming close to the climax of the battle for freedom for the Rebel Jaffa as they all gather and try to take the holy city of Dakara. Other plotlines are explored that include Anubis, Oma Desala, the Others and the Ancients. This episode leads directly into Threads.
Carter and Jacob calibrate the Ancients' weapon to destroy the Replicators. Mind-probed by Replicator Carter, Daniel recovers his buried memories and takes control of the Replicators invading the SGC and the temple on Dakara.
