Summary
P2A-270 is a planet located between Earth and P3W-451, presumably close to, but not in the same system as P3W-451. When the SGC Stargate wormhole was caught in the gravitational forces of the P3W-451 black hole, Samantha Carter determined that a directed explosion could make the Stargate jump to another location, similar to what happened when she and Colonel O'Neill were trapped near the second Earth Stargate in Antarctica. The explosion was successful, the Stargate jumped to P2A-270. Once free of the gravitational forces, the SGC Stargate was able to be shut down.
No information is available about the planet itself.
