Summary
Dr. Hirshfield worked at the Department of Aerospace Research Headquarters in Washington, D.C. in an alternate timeline created by a time traveling SG-1. He was the boss of Dr. Samantha Carter, the civilian alternate timeline's version of Lt. Col. Samantha Carter. He took advantage of Dr. Carter's knowledge and stole her theories to advance himself.
