Summary
Hedrazar was a village leader of the Enkarans and was steadfast in her decision that if not all of her people could escape the threat of the Gadmeer terraforming ship that all would die together. She was blinded as a result of her overexposure to UV radiation. Her son, Eliam, and daughter-in-law, Nikka, were expecting their first child when the Gadmeer's ship arrived [4.09 "Scorched Earth"].
