Summary
Gordie Lowe was the janitor at the barber shop owned by Joe Spencer in a small town in Indiana. Joe told wonderful stories for seven years about the adventures of Col. Jack O'Neill, SG-1, and the Stargate. But, after so long, the stories drove away the customers and Joe's obsession destroyed his family and business. Gordie was forced to seek employment at a local Piggly-Wiggly grocery store. Whether or not Gordie ever learned that Joe's visions, brought on by his contact with an alien artifact, were true remains a mystery. (8.15 "Citizen Joe")
