With the proviso that they bring back a Goa'uld larva for study, Teal'c returns with the SG-1 team to Chulak to stop the Goa'uld from enslaving his son Ry'ac. After a difficult reunion with Drey'auc, the wife he abandoned, Teal'c discovers that his son is dying. He needs the healing properties of a larval Goa'uld and the only one available is Teal'c's own.
1.13 Fire And Water
The SG-1 team is transported to Oannes, a planet of opposites, the home of the sole survivor on an ancient aquatic race. Teal'c, Jack and Carter return to Earth shell-shocked at their loss of Daniel Jackson. The grieving team members are confused, unable to let go of Daniel. Can they discover their true memories in time to rescue Daniel?

The SG-1 team rescues a group of highly developed survivors from the cataclysmic planet of Tollan. To stop the legendary knowledge of the Tollan people from falling into the wrong hands, O'Neill and his team stake all on the cross-universal rescue.
Following a Stargate technical defect, O'Neill and Carter find themselves stranded on an icy wasteland. O'Neill is severely wounded, both are freezing to death, and nobody can find the section of the universe in which they are stranded.

Upon landing on Planet 0X3-989, the mysterious alien Harlan renders the SG-1 team unconscious. After waking and returning to the SGC, they find that their spirits and minds have been transferred into the bodies of androids. A mysterious mirror transports Daniel Jackson to another dimension. Suddenly he finds himself on an alternate Earth under attack from the Goa'uld, his place at the SGC filled by Catherine Langford and Dr. Sam Carter. Only Daniel Jackson knows of the Goa'uld plans to invade Earth. On a daring mission to rescue victims of a Goa'uld attack, Sam Carter's body is taken over by a Goa'uld. When Carter and the SG-1 team return to Earth, an alien assassin follows to destroy the rebel Goa'uld, Jolinar of Malkshur, within Carter. Can Jack O'Neill eliminate the Goa'uld without killing her? Or will the assassin kill them both?
The SG-1 team inadvertently helps a desperate criminal and is charged as an accessory to murder. Sentenced to life imprisonment and banished to a desolate, brutal penal colony called Hadante, they strike a deal to escape with the aid of the powerful and enigmatic Linea, known to the other prisoners as Destroyer of Worlds.
2.04 The Game Keeper
Exploring a strange and beautiful garden in a distant world, the team members are trapped, knocked unconscious, and awakened to find themselves reliving the most pivotal, traumatic moments of their lives. A mysterious Keeper explains that it is all a virtual-reality type game. Forced to watch friends and family dying, SG-1 only wants to escape.
Daniel Jackson saves the life of a beautiful princess, but his heroics cause the SG-1 team to be taken prisoner. When he is badly injured in their escape attempt, Princess Shyla uses the sarcophagus to addict Daniel in order to seduce him. As Daniel struggles to free his friends, his addiction and his romance with Shyla could doom them all.
2.06 Thor's Chariot
Jack O'Neill and his team return to Cimmeria, where they had previously destroyed the planet's primary defense against the Goa'uld. When the planet is attacked by Heru'ur, O'Neill and Teal'c lead the people in a counter-strike while Daniel Jackson, Carter and Gairwyn search for the power of the fabled Thor's Chariot only to find Thor himself.
2.07 Message In A Bottle
A seemingly harmless orb is brought back to the SGC base from a dead world. The strange device infects Jack O'Neill with an alien organism which soon begins to spread. When Carter's attempts to halt its rapid growth fail, Daniel Jackson realizes that the only chance to save Jack is to let the organism control him in order to communicate.
Teal'c's son, Rya'c, is kidnapped by and brainwashed by Apophis and led by Master Bra'tac, the SG-1 team travel to Chulak to save him. They are shocked to discover a world turned completely upside down. And when Rya'c is recovered he denounces his father and helps to capture the team, forever preventing their return to Earth.
The entire Stargate project is threatened when a reporter declares he will reveal to the world the mysteries of the top-secret portal. Jack O'Neill attempts to stop him while Sam Carter discovers that her estranged father is dying of cancer. On Abydos, Teal'c and Daniel Jackson find Sha're, pregnant with the child of Apophis and Ammonet.
During an attack by giant insects, Teal'c is stung and implanted with a virus that causes him mutate into a terrifying and destructive creature. Taken by Col. Maybourne and the NID for experimentation, Teal'c escapes and finds refuge in the city, where Ally, a streetwise young girl, tries to help him. For Teal'c, time is running out.
2.11 The Tok'ra Part 1
Carter is mesmerized by a dream in which she sees herself as Jolinar, the rebel Goa'uld who briefly inhabited her body. The SG-1 team travel to a desert world where they find the Tok'ra, who fight against the tyranny of their fellow Goa'uld. SG-1 are imprisoned for their own safety and Carter's dream turns into a nightmare when she learns her father is near death.
2.12 The Tok'ra Part 2
With the oldest and wisest of the Tok'ra dying and any hope of an alliance dying with her, Sam Carter comes up with a daring plan. If her father Jacob becomes host to Selmak, both will be saved. Hosts are the one thing Earth can offer the suspicious Tok'ra. As Jacob and Selmak make their choice to blend, the base is attacked by the Goa'uld.
When the SG-11 team does not return from its mission, Hammond attempts contact and Jack O'Neill is injured. Carter leads the SG-1 team through the Stargate to find SG-11 and negotiate with the mystical natives for a precious mineral. After they are captured, the team are led by the friendly Tonane to the great spirits of his people.
A climate-controlling device is stolen from the planet Madrona and the SG-1 team is accused of the theft. Whoever took the device has the ability to disrupt Earth's climate. With Madrona wracked by storms, Jack and Daniel find a second Stargate active on Earth and the team's investigations take them to Area 51, the NID and Col. Maybourne.
2.15 A Matter Of Time
A black hole swallows up the SG-10 team before the SGC's eyes. The black hole's gravitational pull grows stronger, threatening to destroy Earth through its Stargate. While Carter struggles to find a solution, Jack O'Neill is forced to reunite with an old Special Ops antagonist in a desperate attempt to close off Earth's Stargate.

When Jack O'Neill gazes into a mysterious alien viewing device, his brain is infiltrated by a strange intelligent force. The alien Ma'chello traps Daniel Jackson with his body-swapping invention, steals Daniel's body and escapes to Earth. A young boy mysteriously appears at Stargate Command and pleads for help, claiming that the Goa'uld are chasing him to find his race of invisible beings. But the SG-1 team is duped as the invisible aliens actually plan to destroy the Goa'uld by eradicating all potential human hosts--and the invasion of Earth has already begun.
A solar flare sends the SG-1 team back in time to 1969 where the US military command suspects them of espionage. With the help of Lt. George Hammond, Jack O'Neill and his team escape and are aided by two flower children on their way to Woodstock. Can they ever return to the present again? The answer lies in a solar flare.
2.22 Out Of Mind Part 1
Jack O'Neill awakens in a futuristic world to be told he's been frozen for 79 years and that all his friends are dead. He is questioned about the Stargate programmer but then is shocked to discover it's a set-up. He finds Daniel Jackson and Carter and attempts escape from the Goa'uld stronghold, only to be thwarted by the return of an old enemy, Hathor.
3.01 Into The Fire Part 2
Hathor captures O'Neill and implants him with a Goa'uld symbiote that could eventually kill him. Meanwhile, O'Neill's rescue party is defeated by Hathor's invincible energy barrier, and time is running out. Is there any way to save O'Neill?
When SG-1 hunts for a Goa'uld lord living on Earth, they discover this powerful alien in the form of a religious leader with a heavily armed cult following. O'Neill faces off with both government agents and the cult in a fiery clash that may destroy them all.

SG-1 encounters a medieval civilization and frees a woman tied to a stake as a sacrifice to a demon. With the woman freed, the demon vows to destroy the village unless the SG-1 team is offered up in appeasement.
3.09 Rules Of Engagement
SG-1 lands in the middle of a blazing battle between Stargate soldiers and a Jaffa army. Believing the soldiers to be the missing-in-action SG-11 team, O'Neill and other others provide assistance…until the mystery team turns its weapons on SG-1.
3.10 Forever In A Day
During a rescue of captured Abydonians, Daniel finds his missing wife, Sha're. But instead of greeting him, she attacks him—leading to her death at the hands of Teal'c. Distraught over her death and angry at Teal'c, Daniel quits Stargate Command.

After relocating an endangered civilization to a "safe" new planet, the team realizes that another race of aliens is planning to incinerate the planet's surface to make it inhabitable for their own race. Fleeing a Goa'uld attack, the Tok'ra must take refuge at the SGC Alpha Site occupied by rebel Jaffa. Centuries of bad blood between the two races begins to boil as an unseen assassin wreaks havoc on the camp. Can O'Neill steop the bloodshed before the assassin escapes with the Alpha Site's coordinates?
SG-1 visits Pangar, a planet inhabited by humans who have developed a drug that makes their immune systems perfect. Unknown to SG-1 is the means by which the drug is produced, a startling discovery that may hold the key to the origins of the Tok'ra!
Rogue NSA officers hijack the top-secret X-303 spaceship with Carter and Jonas on board and demand that Adrian Conrad be brought to the ship. Using his Goa'uld knowledge, Conrad activates the X-303 and takes the ship light-years from Earth as O'Neill and Teal'c stage a daring rescue, not knowing if they will be able to return home.
6.12 Unnatural Selection
When SG-1 is marooned in deep space, Thor and the Asgard come to the rescue. They then seek O'Neill's help to combat the Replicators who have overrun their home world. Convinced they will attack Earth if not stopped, O'Neill stages a daring mission to stop the Replicators once and for all.
6.13 Sight Unseen
SG-1 returns from a mission with an ancient artifact that triggers the ability to see hideous yet harmless life forms in a parallel reality. As the effect spreads to civilians, O'Neill and his team must find a solution before mass hysteria breaks out.
6.14 Smoke And Mirrors
Senator Kinsey suffers an assassination attempt while campaigning for the presidency, and O'Neill is caught on tape leaving the building where the shots were fired. With O'Neill behind bars, Carter, Teal'c and Jonas must prove his innocence before it's too late.
6.15 Paradise Lost
Colonel Maybourne visits O'Neill and claims to have a key to a cache of alien technology, but demands a presidential pardon for his crimes in exchange for the knowledge. When SG-1 accompanies Maybourne to retrieve the cache, they find that his intentions may not be all they seem.
SG-1 discovers that Nirrti, in an attempt to create the perfect human host, is mutating the inhabitants of an unexplored planet with a machine that rearranges their DNA. Captured in an attempt to stop her, O'Neill must find a way to escape before he and SG-1 are subjected to the same fate.
General Hammond and the Pentagon are forced to reveal the existence of the Stargate to other world governments. Playing off fears that the US military has too much control, Senator Kinsey suggests that General Hammond be relieved of his command and that the civilian-run NID oversee the Stargate program.
Exploring an off-world planet, SG-1 discovers a crashed ship and three human survivors who claim to be under constant attack by hostile aliens. While Carter helps repair the ship's computer, she learns that the survivors are hiding a secret…and things may not be all they seem.
Teal'c mysteriously begins to lose his grip on reality and is haunted by visions of an alternate existence where he is a normal human being. As his paranoia deepens, Teal'c must rely on the help and comfort of his old friend Daniel Jackson to determine where his dreams end…and his reality begins.
SG-1 accompanies the X-53 on its maiden voyage into deep space. When the ship suddenly drops out of hyperspace, SG-1 is stranded with no means of getting back to Earth. Their only option lies in exploring a nearby planet where a Stargate is thought to be located. But O'Neill must first convince its inhabitants that they come in peace—a debate that could mean the end of SG-1.
On a routine mission, SG-1 encounters a civilian desperate to be freed from the clutches of a Goa'uld. While on the planet, Jonas falls ill and is suspended from active duty. His mysterious illness is diagnosed as a brain tumor but gives him the unbelievable ability to glimpse the future…a future where O'Neill and SG-1 are walking into a trap.
6.22 Full Circle
Daniel Jackson appears to O'Neill and alerts him that Anubis has located the Eye of Ra, a fabled object of power hidden somewhere on Abydos. With Daniel's help, O'Neill and SG-1 find the Eye first. But, determined to have it, Anubis threatens to destroy the entire planet unless Daniel and SG-1 hand it over.
7.01 Fallen Part 1
When SG-1 explore a planet they think is a site of the Ancients, they are stunned to discover Daniel Jackson living among the natives. Daniel has no memory of his life or of his death and ascension and it is up to Jack, Sam and Teal'c to help him regain his memories. It isn't long, though, before the Tok'ra need their help against Anubis.
7.02 Homecoming Part 2
Jonas' planet comes under attack from Anubis, forcing Teal'c to parlay with Lord Yu while Jack and Sam reluctantly return to Kelowna to deal with the politicians and military there while Daniel and Jonas Quinn have the most dangerous mission of all, in a covert operation aboard Anubis' ship itself. Then Jonas is captured by Anubis.
7.03 Fragile Balance
A young boy turns up at the SGC claiming to be Col. Jack O'Neill and expecting his amused teammates to do something about him waking up thirty years younger. As irritatingly assertive as the real Jack, young Jack is soon discovered to be a clone. SG-1 discover that Jack has been abducted by the Asgard while young Jack is dying.
Teal'c's dependence on Tretonin is changing him in ways he didn't expect and he is struggling with his identity as a Jaffa. Daniel is also struggling to come to terms with his descension. Sharing Kel'No'Reem with Teal'c, Daniel has a vision of Teal'c's son Rya'c and mentor Bra'tac trapped in a Jaffa death camp and realizes he did nothing to help them.
The team encounters a planet with a society that has lived for centuries within a computer-controlled environment within a bubble. Outside, the rest of the world is a toxic wasteland. SG-1 offer the inhabitants relocation but they are strangely reluctant to move when everything they need is provided to them via their link to the computer core.
An entire world has been lost, the few survivors frozen and their personalities stored in databases in ships. When one ship crashes, the intelligences become desperate as power fails. When their bodies are destroyed, they invade Daniel Jackson's mind against his will and force him to become their 'lifeboat'. Can Janet and SG-1 save Daniel?
7.07 Enemy Mine
SG-1 are called upon to assist when a member of an SGC mining team goes missing in mysterious circumstances. Daniel and Teal'c find a familiar bony necklace which they recognize as the kind worn by Chaka. Daniel is convinced that there are Unas on the planet and he determines that the mining team is being warned to stay away.
7.08 Space Race
An enthusiastic Carter gets herself into an alien space race with pilot Warrick. There's a huge contract riding on winning and a conspiracy to rig the race leads to Teal'c being abducted. Carter faces battle droids, flying into a sun, navigating an asteroid belt, sabotage and hostages!
7.09 Avenger 2.0
With Daniel helping out in a risky relocation project on a planet rocked by seismic tremors, Jack and Teal'c attempting to make peace among warring Jaffa factions, Carter and Felger work on a project to upload a virus which will scramble the established settings of a DHD, rendering a specific gate useless. It sounds brilliant…
SG-1 discover a clan of fierce, skilled female Jaffa warriors who struggle to survive. Their leader Ishta and the others need access to symbiotes to keep themselves alive, but Carter offers them an alternative. Tretonin, the drug which Teal'c and Bra'tac use to keep them alive. Ishta and Teal'c find they have much in common.

Daniel is leading a team of archaeologists on a search for an ancient ruin and a mysterious artefact in the jungles of Honduras when they are kidnapped. Jack goes to Daniel's rescue, aided in his search by Burke, an eccentric, disgraced CIA agent who was once Jack's close friend. Meanwhile Carter, Teal'c and Jacob battle a new enemy.

Daniel is leading a team of archaeologists on a search for an ancient ruin and a mysterious artefact in the jungles of Honduras when they are kidnapped. Jack goes to Daniel's rescue, aided in his search by Burke, an eccentric, disgraced CIA agent who was once Jack's close friend. Meanwhile Carter, Teal'c and Jacob battle a new enemy.
Carter is aboard the Prometheus as the ship comes under attack. She awakens to find the crew is gone and the ship is trapped in a gas cloud. Her attempts to save the ship and find the crew are hampered by her head injury, but her teammates, her father, and a little girl named Grace appear to her, helping her to save the ship and crew as well as face up to the choices she has made in her life.
The SGC is contacted by former SG-1 member Jonas Quinn, who declares that Kelowna's naquadah deposits are converting into naquadria down into the planet's core, threatening an explosion that would destroy all life on the planet. At the SGC, Daniel and Jack must help settle diplomatic troubles preventing an evacuation of the planet, while Carter and Teal'c go with Jonas to find a way to prevent the explosion.
Daniel is exhausted by strange dreams of his past with Sarah Gardner, an altered past in which she urges him to find the Lost City. Meanwhile, Carter begins a romantic relationship with detective Pete Shanahan, who is very curious about the Air Force work she won't discuss.
7.16 Death Knell
When the Alpha Site is attacked, Sam Carter is caught in the crossfire. Tensions are high between Tok'ra and Jaffa and it appears one group sold out. While Daniel, Hammond and Jacob search for the traitor, Jack and Teal'c search the Alpha Site for Carter, missing in action since the attack.
7.17 Heroes Part 1
A documentary crew arrives to film the SGC for posterity. Hammond cooperates only reluctantly and prevents the crew from filming ongoing operations. Instead they conduct rather awkward interviews with SG-1 and other SGC personnel. Meanwhile, SG-13 runs into trouble on a survey mission, and one of their men is injured, causing the SGC to mobilize a rescue.
7.18 Heroes Part 2
While the documentary crew continues its efforts, SG-1 and Dr. Fraiser join the rescue of SG-13. As the teams return, it's clear something has gone horribly wrong. The NID begins investigating as the documentary director tries to learn what happened, and what part of it Daniel may have caught on tape. The tragic truth is finally revealed, and the SGC is changed forever.
Carter, Daniel, and Teal'c meet Agent Garrett in Los Angeles at the scene of a massacre. The site is the secret lab of a rogue NID cell, and the scientists there have successfully created a human/Goa'uld hybrid in the form of a young woman. The team's desire to help the woman must be traded against the need to disarm a Goa'uld bomb that threatens all of Orange County.
On his first day in office, President Hayes is briefed on the Stargate program. His Vice President, Robert Kinsey, immediately tries to convince the President to replace General Hammond and SG-1, assisted by investigator Richard Woolsey. In flashbacks to previous episodes, Woolsey and Kinsey try to convince Hayes that SG-1 is not to be trusted. Woolsey has a change of heart about Kinsey and backtracks with the President, who remains noncommittal.
7.21 Lost City Part 1
Daniel leads the team to a repository of Ancients' knowledge, hoping they can bring it home and use it to find the Lost City. Under fire from Anubis, Jack instead takes the download himself, knowing he will gain that knowledge, even if it costs him his life. President Hayes removes Hammond from command and installs Dr. Elizabeth Weir, a civilian. Bra'tac arrives with news that Anubis and his forces are planning to attack Earth in three days.
7.22 Lost City Part 2
Exhibiting the Ancients' knowledge, and with Daniel translating for him, O'Neill leads SG-1 to a distant planet that is clearly an Ancients outpost. He takes a power supply and leads them back to Earth again, to a similar outpost in Antarctica. With help from Hammond and the Prometheus, Jack repels Anubis' attack, destroying him and his forces. But Jack is drained, and at his command the team puts him into a stasis chamber, with no idea how to remove the Ancients' knowledge and save him.
