Summary

Dr. Radek Zelenka is one of the civilian scientists who joined the Atlantis Expedition to the Pegasus Galaxy on its first mission and is currently still stationed there.

Character Biography

Zelenka is a brilliant, charming, yet somewhat socially awkward, scientist from the Czech Republic. His specialty is alien technology and he oftentimes works side-by-side with Dr. Rodney McKay. Zelenka's approach to solving a problem is usually more conservative than McKay's and that difference between them often creates some conflict, but on the whole, the two scientists work very well with each other, finding kindred spirits in their scientific discoveries. When agitated or excited, Zelenka will resort to speaking in rapid-fire Czech.
