Summary
Slaviash was one of Netan's "seconds" (second in command/mafia-lieutenants) in the Lucian Alliance. He had a sardonic air when he joined the other seconds at Netan's table, but thought Netan was crazy for taking actions which would mean war with the Tau'ri. After fellow second Gavos was killed for saying Netan should've consulted them first, Slaviash refrained from further comment.
