I am sorry but it is late and my mind isn’t going the way it should be….there was an episode where jack got stranded of world. There was a meteor shower and it berried the gate. Jack started living with a woman and at the end of the episode it made it sound like she was pregnant by jack.

I own all 10 seasons of stargate…is it me or did they never explain if he had a child with her?

Not just you.  The ep you're thinking of is Season Three's "A Hundred Days".  They kept it very open at the ending as to whether she hoped there would be a child or she thought there would be a child by the way she held herself. 

Fanfic abounds with all sorts of scenarios, but there's nothing concrete.

The closest you get is one of the scenes in Season Eight's "Citizen Joe" when the guys in the barber shop wonder whatever happened to Laira.

Thanks for the reply. I have to laugh though..I own all 10 seasons of sg1 and a few of the seasons from Atlantis. We watch them on a regular basis but you guys make me look bad….I couldn’t for the life of me tell you the names of each episode lol

I know how you feel -- I knew no episode names when I joined fandom!  Not only did people know them, they used acronyms for them, like COTG, WoO, and my favorite, TBFTGOG. Holy Mackerel! Well, if you know the episodes well enough to recognize them from one image, our our wiki episode guides will tell you what you're looking for. Of course, if you don't even know the season, that's a lot of clicking!

I like it when they leave some stories unanswered. It leaves you wondering what really happened. X-Files is known for those sort of episodes. It leaves you wanting more and gives you scenarios to think up.
